For many of our students here at Billund Air Center, the dream of becoming a pilot has been there since childhood, and through hard work the dream has come true for the many skilled pilots we have trained over time.

Take your training at Denmark's second largest airport
Billund Air Center is located at Billund Airport, and therefore you take your pilot training in an active environment like the one you will later fly in. With the close connection to Denmark's second largest airport, it is part of our students' daily life to fall into chat with pilots just passing by.

Be instructed by active pilots
When you are a student with us, you learn from committed and professional instructors who always make sure to draw parallels to their everyday life. Because several of our instructors are working, you get practical examples in the lessons, so you quickly connect what you learn on the ground with what happens in the air.

The pilot training is actually quite tough, but we always focus on you getting the best professional instruction and the human framework that you need in order to be able to complete the training and end up confidently sitting at the helm yourself one day.

Take your certificate with us
We usually say that we can't give you your certificate, but we can work with you to get it. You can be sure that we are with you every step of the way – from when you sit in a simulator for the first time, while you're grappling with the theory, when you experience the rush of your first solo flight, and until we hand you your certificate and send you on your way out into the world.
